2. Membership

2.1 Free and Paid Memberships: Installers may sign up for free or subscribe to paid plans, which grant access to additional features.

2.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to operate a resin installation business.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 Profile Accuracy: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information on your profile, including certifications, experience, and contact details.

3.2 Job Management: The platform provides tools such as calendars, weather forecasts, and client communication. You are responsible for updating job schedules and ensuring clarity with Clients.

3.3 Conduct: You must act professionally and refrain from posting offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content in forums or communications.

4. Payment and Fees

4.1 Subscription Fees: Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis as per the plan selected.

4.2 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Installer Responsibilities

5.1 Work Standards: Installers are solely responsible for delivering quality services to Clients in accordance with their agreements.

5.2 Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. Content Uploads (Photos and Videos)

6.1 Installer Content: Installers may upload images and videos of completed work to showcase their expertise.

6.2 Client Consent: By using The Resin World, you confirm that you have obtained the Client's consent to upload photos and videos of their project.

6.3 Use by The Resin World: By uploading content, you grant The Resin World a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, share, and promote your work on the platform and in marketing materials.

6.4 Opt-Out Requests: Clients may request the removal of images or videos associated with their project. The Resin World will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

6.5 Prohibited Content: You may not upload misleading, inappropriate, or copyrighted material without permission. The Resin World reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

7. Reviews and Points System

7.1 Reviews: Clients may leave reviews of completed jobs. The Resin World reserves the right to remove reviews deemed false or abusive.

7.2 Points: Your activity on the platform will earn points that influence search rankings. The Resin World retains the right to adjust point allocations at its discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Resin World is not responsible for disputes between Installers and Clients or for the quality of work provided.

9. Termination

9.1 The Resin World may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

10. General

10.1 Privacy: Your data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.3 No partnership, license, agency, shareholding or any other such relationship is offered or implied by your subscription.
